This website has no accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no advertising. The only information you provide is through the enquiry and interest-registration forms:

• your name and work email address (required)
• your organisation and role (optional)
• the area of interest you select
• the message you write describing what you are trying to do

Alongside each enquiry we store limited operational metadata: a record reference, the date and time of submission, which page the form was submitted from, an internal handling status, and whether an internal notification was sent. We do not collect your IP address, device profile, referring URL or campaign parameters into enquiry records.

We use what you send only to read and understand your enquiry, reply to you, continue that conversation, and keep an internal record of enquiries received. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Enquiries are stored in a managed database that is not readable from the browser and is restricted to privileged server-side access. When an enquiry is received, an internal notification email is sent to a single ORCHALYS mailbox containing the details you submitted, with your email address set as the reply address so we can respond directly.

Ordinary website enquiries are retained for 12 months from the date of submission and are then deleted automatically. Where an enquiry becomes part of an active commercial relationship, the related records are held under that relationship instead.

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this website and handle enquiries. Each processes information only to provide its service to us:

• Lovable — website hosting, application platform and email configuration
• Supabase / managed database infrastructure — storage of enquiry records
• Cloudflare — content delivery, transport security and bot protection
• Transactional email infrastructure — delivery of internal notification emails

Because these providers operate global infrastructure, information may be processed or transmitted outside India. We do not publish specific data-centre locations that we have not confirmed.

This website sets only cookies necessary for delivery and security, placed by our hosting and content-delivery layer. Your browser also holds small amounts of local session state, such as scroll position, so pages behave correctly.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and real-user page performance, such as which pages are viewed and how quickly they load. We do not use it for advertising or behavioural profiling. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data, and it does not use cookies or browser local storage to collect these usage metrics.

Replies sent through the ORCHALYS enquiry dashboard may include a small image carrying a random reply reference. If your email application loads that image, the dashboard records the first-load time as an indication that the reply was opened. This indication is not always accurate because email applications may block, cache or pre-load images. The application does not add your IP address or device details to the enquiry record through this receipt.

There is no advertising technology on this website: no advertising pixels, no tag managers and no cross-site tracking. Web fonts are served from this website rather than from a third-party font service.

Enquiry submissions are validated on the server, transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to privileged server-side credentials. Access to stored enquiries is limited to ORCHALYS personnel who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to amandeep.nagpal@orchalys.com or use the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable period and confirm what action was taken.

This website is intended for professional and institutional audiences and is not directed at children. Please do not submit confidential, financial, health or other sensitive personal information through these forms — they are not designed to receive it. If you believe such information has been sent to us, contact us and we will remove it.

We will update this notice when our practices change, and the date at the top of this page will change with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect where practicable.
